Our Projects

EGS was on the PD&E Study Team to perform the Phase I Geotechnical Investigation for the proposed Pensacola Bay Bridge Replacement Project. As the largest and most expensive construction project in FDOT District 3 History, the Pensacola Bridge Replacement Project involved a complex geotechnical evaluation of the subsurface conditions.  In addition, EGS provided geotechnical recommendations for the design/build planset, which was used by the construction firms pursuing the project. This project was sucessfully completed in 2015, and is one of EGS’s most high-profile projects in firm history.
